Spiritual coachingthat stays with you after the session ends
You don't need fixing. You need someone who can sit with you in the questions, help you hear what you already know, and walk beside you while you act on it. That's what we do at Lighthouse Spiritual.

Four steps, no mystery
We keep the process simple because the inner work is complex enough. Here is what happens from the moment you get in touch to the point where you feel the shift.
A 20-minute phone call
We talk about what brought you here. Not a sales pitch. I want to understand whether my approach fits what you actually need. Sometimes I refer people elsewhere, and that's fine.
Free, no obligationYour opening session
90 minutes, in person or via video. We map your inner landscape: where you feel stuck, what patterns keep repeating, which beliefs you've outgrown. You leave with a single practice to try for the next week.
90 minutesOngoing sessions
Fortnightly 60-minute sessions build on each other. We use breathwork, guided reflection, somatic awareness, and honest conversation. I adapt the tools to you rather than forcing a fixed programme.
60 minutes each, fortnightlyIntegration and closing
After eight to twelve sessions most clients feel ready to continue on their own. We do a closing session to name what's changed, what's still in motion, and what practices to keep. You can return any time.

One-on-one sessions
Private coaching tailored to your pace. We work with breathwork, reflective dialogue, and body-based awareness. Sessions happen in my East Charli studio or over a secure video link. Most clients start here.
$145 per session (60 min)Small group circles
Groups of four to six people meet monthly for two hours. Each circle has a theme: grief, purpose, relationships, or creative blocks. There is structure, but the group shapes the direction. Witnessing others' honesty accelerates your own.
$65 per circle (2 hr)Weekend retreats
Two-day retreats held quarterly in the Adelaide Hills. Silent mornings, guided meditation, nature walks, and evening sharing circles. Limited to ten participants so everyone gets personal attention. Meals and accommodation included.
$480 per retreat (Sat–Sun)Real shifts
What changed for people who came
These are composites drawn from real client experiences. Names and details are altered to protect privacy, but the arc of change is accurate.
Where they started
A 42-year-old teacher who hadn't slept through the night in two years. She described a constant hum of anxiety that no GP, counsellor, or meditation app had quieted. Her main question: "Why do I feel like I'm living someone else's life?"
Where they arrived
After ten sessions she recognised she had been carrying her mother's expectations as her own compass. She changed nothing dramatic on the outside. She started painting again, set a boundary with her school principal, and reported sleeping six to seven hours most nights.
Where they started
A 55-year-old man who had recently retired from engineering. He felt purposeless and irritable. His wife suggested he "find something spiritual," which he resisted. He came to the first session with folded arms and said, "I don't believe in any of this."
Where they arrived
He didn't become spiritual in any conventional sense. Through breathwork and reflective questions, he reconnected with a grief he had shelved when his father died fifteen years earlier. He started volunteering at a men's shed and told me, "I feel useful again." Eight sessions total.
Common questions
Things people ask before booking
No. Some of my clients follow a faith, others are agnostic, a few are firmly atheist. Spiritual coaching here means paying attention to the parts of life that matter most to you: meaning, connection, presence, integrity. We use whatever language feels honest to you.
I am not a psychologist and I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need clinical support, I will say so directly and refer you. What I offer is a reflective space focused on meaning, direction, and inner alignment. Many clients work with both a therapist and a spiritual coach at the same time.
Yes. About half my clients are remote. We use a secure video platform. The only thing that changes is the breathwork component, which I adapt slightly for screen. The depth of the conversation stays the same.
Both happen regularly. Tears are welcome. Feeling temporarily unsettled is a sign that something real is moving. I check in between sessions via a brief text message, and if something feels too intense we slow down. You set the pace.
Most people find their footing between six and twelve sessions. Some come for three and feel complete. Others stay for a year. I never lock you into a package. You book one session at a time and we reassess together after every fourth meeting.
